The Junior Success Manager will manage up to five client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring all marketing activities align with client goals and brand direction. This role involves conducting market research, planning and executing monthly marketing strategies, coordinating with Superior that the marketing strategy aligns with the client's objectives and goals, maintaining daily client communication, and tracking performance metrics. They will also collaborate closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with a maximum of 5 clients
- Performing an initial market research for the client and his/her competitors
- Going through the inbox and comments section of the clients’ social media presence to collect feedback
- Searching online groups and communities about the client
- Set KPIs to measure the success of the marketing plan
- Creating the monthly marketing plan for every client
- Revising the marketing plan with the superior
- Revising all marketing content with the client
- Meeting with each client weekly
- Initiating daily communication with the client to update on the marketing objectives
- Posting stories every other day
- Managing the workload of the team (Graphic design partner)
- Coordinating with other teams to help if they have a high workload
- Follow the self-development plan assigned by the superior
- Creating end of month reports for each client
- Update the superior weekly about each client
- Maintaining the assets of the clients in an organized matter
- Is solely responsible for his/her client, escalate in case of issue or potential clash
- Participate in brainstorming session
- Sit for an end of month review of Planner with superior
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IMC, Business or other related fields
- 0-1 year of experience in Marketing
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing, design and industry trends.
- A good eye for design and visuals
